this company talk to me by phone saying they will administer my loan payments by paying biweekly instead of one time every month, so they collect the funds but never pay the loan since i sign the contract. how i know this by looking at my bank statement i did not find the billing to pay my loan, but they collect the money already every two weeks, their service is to collect the money and administered for me, meaning they will collect and pay when due.

Nationwide Biweekly Administration wants to make sure our customers complaints are handled in a timely manner. I wanted to extend any assistance to you. When enrolling in out biweekly program everything is covered both verbally and in contract, where we stated that payments are debited every two weeks but remitted once monthly.
