We should have seen it coming.....They solicited us by fax.  We completed all the required paperwork, sent copies of financials, drivers license, list of equipment being financed.  They sent the lease for us to sign, we signed and sent back a check for the down payment.  Once the equipment was received, they directed the equipment vendor to falsify the details of the equipment invoice, then send them a new equipment list. 

Then they sent us a new lease with different payout options than originally agreed upon and a different lease amount.  I paid off the equipment vendor instead and I requested our money back.  They have not sent our money back nor answered any requests to send it back.
