I was told: These are people who have already gone thru the mortgage qualification process with Nationwide Financing and will be buying or selling in the next 60-120 days. As a service to them they are told an real estate sales person will be contacting them They are expecting a call and many of them need or want to increase or get life coverage. They at least want to discuss it. I assume other real estate agents are told something similar tales.

Supposedly been in business over 30 years. I was will follow up to make sure the customer was my services as a real estate agent for the referral process. That is why the clients are, far from being a cold call - a warm call

After you send in a contract and check to draft from your checking account. In most cases, most of your communication suddenly goes to voice mail.
My 2 month contract was drafted to start in January 12, 2009. They took money in December upfront. Then proceeded to draft the payment for January, which had already been paid in January and then again the following month with a no signed check authorization

The people you 'follow-up' with ((alleged want to buy or sell a home) have no idea why you are calling, it goes downhill from there.

From What I can tell other real-estate agents and probably 'other' mortgage brokers get taken-in also.

They are looking for 'dependable' agents that will provide quality product promptly.

They say all non- buyer leads will be replaced, but realize in turn, you must stay active, so next month to get your credit, which is more leads, not a refund, you will have to pay again. but does that mean you get more random junk?

The game is to get folks signed up and payed, they are going for a couple thousand up front, and if they just keep moving on to another 'mark' every month, it's a good money turn.

Eventually the credit card companies ought to recognize it is scam. And Banks need to be aware of the no signature on the check, the numbers are all out of order

I'm sure it is a fringe design trying to avoid the feds, my opinion is it is interstate fraud

Notify your card Company right away, if you were lucky enough to get bad vibes within the first encounters, also the Los Angeles BBB, so that the complaints can be counted.

Who knows how many agents realize they were taken, and just give up.

Internet leads for real estate have rarely proven to me to be good, I thought this was a very good business model, but it is not legit.
