Shipping your horse is a nightmare with this company after they receive your initial payment. When your horse is on the trailer then they will not answer any form of communication. Unless an incident has happened. One of the horses was injured and the owner in Colorado had to go borrow a horse trailer to get his horse to the hospital. The company would not release the injured horse ,who desperately needed vet care from injuries from the equipment and poor planning , till he paid more money. The CEO is rude and screams at the customer. Her attitude is horrific. This company used to care about the animals but I since have found out they have new owners. If your horse is on this trailer please start praying hard for their safety. Note: the equipment shown on the website is NOT the equipment your horse will be in.
