Nationwide Insurance Denied my claim and accused me of fraud, and harrassed me Troy Michigan

My vehicle was stolen and it was reported to Nationwide Insurance. Nationide assigned me to Che Edwards who was my claims rep, and I was also seen Peggy Bezzy who was a examiner. I was harrassed and was given a hard time all the way through. When they discovered the vehicle they investigated and 3odys went by, then 60,80dys went by and they finally told me that they denied my claim because they decided it was fraud. I was so distraught, I didn't know what to do, I never been accused of such a thing, when there was no reason for it.

I was paying for a rental car all of this time, out of my pocket even though a decision was supposed to been made within the thirty days, it wasn't. So then 5 months went by and then 6 months went by and you'll never know what I am about to say!!! NATIONWIDE INSURANCE PAID MY CLAIM OFF, AFTER SIX MONTHS, BUT REMEMBER THEY DENIED MY CLAIM BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS FRAUD??????? DOES IT MAKE ANY SENSE???? NO!!!! THAT'S BECAUSE THEY KNEW THEY WERE WRONG AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING.

Well after that was taken care off, remember for those six months I had to pay for a rental out of my own pocket, Nationwide wouldn't refund me. I know your gonna call me crazy but, I still didn't leave after that, I leased another vehicle and continued keeping my insurance under Nationwide (EXCELLENT RATES, DON'T LET THE RATES FOOL YA). Why? did I do it. After I Leased another vehicle, I had my vehicle for about 5 months and then guess what, my vehicle was stolen again (they were both chrysler vehicles).

When my second vehicle was stolen, I really wasn't worried because I didn't do anything wrong, I can't stop someone from stealing my vehicle, that's out of my control. Well, here we go again, and guess what for the second time around they denied my claim and they also stated that is was fraud. They are obsured and crazy. I had Che Edwards & Peggy Bezzy they are the worst and they are crooked!!!!

I've been trying to fight them because I am still paying a car note, because I don't want to deter my credit, because the car was a total lost. I NEED HELP, IT IS MORE TO THIS REPORT, OOH ALOT MORE BUT I CAN'T GO ALL IN DETAIL. PLEASE HELP ME, I AM CRYING OUT BECAUSE THIS IS WRONG.

I AM SICK AND TIRED OF INSURANCE COMPANYS TREATING INNOCENT VICTIMS LIKE CRIMINALS, AND THE CRIMINALS DON'T GET CAUGHT OR THEY GET SET FREE.

THIS IS WRONG. I ALSO READ ANOTHER RIPOFF REPORT FROM ANOTHER YOUNG LADY FROM REDFORD, MICHIGAN COMPLAINING ABOUT NATIONWIDE INSURANCE IN TROY, MICHIGAN. ALSO WITH THE SAME NATIONWIDE EMPLOYEES THAT I HAD WORKING ON MY CLAIM (CHE EDWARDS & PEGGY BEZZY).

I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS RACHEL WHO HAD A COMPLAINT ALSO. PLEASE IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER VOICES OUT THERE WHO HAVE BEEN HARRASSED OR THEIR CLAIM WAS DENIED FROM NATIONWIDE AND WAS ACCUSED OF SOMETHING THEY DIDN'T DO PLEASE PUT YOUR REPORT ONLINE.

Because this has to end, LET'S STICK TOGETHER AND BRING NATIONWIDE DOWN.
