Nationwide Moving Ben Seigal, Shiloh Itali, Kathy, Tiffany They have stolen all of my belongings and taken my money Brooklyn, New York

I hired Nationwide Moving at the end of July for a long distance move.  It was a "small" move and I was quoted a certain price which they added several hundred dollars to.  They picked up my belongings on July 24, 2012.  I told them to take everything off the truck and Kathy told me not to worry...due to the inconvenience of them missing the scheduled pick-up day they would honor the original quote.  For weeks I have been calling and getting the run-around.  Now I have been told by Ben aka Victor that his "partner" Shiloh has stolen all the contracts, money, warehouse keys and a few trucks.  I contacted the NYPD who phoned him Monday Aug 13, 2012 and got a similar story.  My contract states that "by law" my belongings had to be delivered by Monday Aug 13, 2012.  I have no idea where they are and I have paid NWM...deposit + 50% of the quote do get my belongings "delivered" with the remaining balance due upon delivery.  

I am lost, I don't know who to contact and it feels like they could get away with this...
