Nationwide pools Take Money and Run Pompano Beach. Florida

 I paid Nationwide pools $30,000 to put in a pool. Its been 9 months and still waiting for the Deck and inside of the pool and equipment to be installed. It took 3 month for the screen footing boards to be installed correctly and still waiting for them to be finished properly. My contract was signed in September. The salesman was Jim Kilfeather and the work contract person was Falecia Malli. Because they did not put the screen forms in correctly, according to the required 10 ft property lines and screen plans, they had to move them over 8 inches and extend them to 24 feet instead of the 20 feet they had done. They charged me another $4300 to move the forms, and it took another 6 weeks to do that. They said it normally takes 45 days. Its been 9 moths since I signed the contract.
