First off i contacted a man named STEVEN HOFFMAN who emailed me a contract which i faxed back. I was then contacted by a man name NAZZAR (whom would not give a last name or spell his name for me) who told me my repairs would be $997.00 if there was no "hard part damage" i agreed that i would pay $17 to begin and then my car would be towed and inspected to insure a transmission problem, i would be faxed or emailed a copy of the credit card slip and called before any parts were ordered. Appromimately 2 days later i was charged another $883 for "parts", BUT!! my car was still sitting in my driveway, i called NAZZAR who told me my car was in the shop and my transmission was taken out and the charge was for the "rebuild kit", which i found extremely interesting BECAUSE I COULD SEE MY CAR PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!!!!

After i corrected him in his extreme error he said he would call me right back, several minutes later he called me back and said the Precision Tires had lied and said they had my car when they really didn't, which was a bold faced LIE!!!. My car was then towed over 50 miles away from my house to Franks Standwood Camano Island Transmission, which turned out to be a good thing for me. NAZZAR contacted me again and informed me of where my car had been take but would not give me then number to the shop and told me not to contact the shop directly. I then did the complete opposite and contacted frank directly.

Frank then proceeded to tell me then Nationwide had contacted him and asked him for the worst case sinerio estimate. I then told him DO NOT TOUCH MY CAR until i am out of this contract. I contacted NAZZAR who told me that the contract could not be cancel and it was stated so in the contract. i then informed him and his manager RICH that THEY violated the contract by charging me for parts before my car was towed. i was hang up on, i then called back and was told by a woman named EBONY that they had been takin any in an ambulance (come on now!!!). so i said okay and had some one else for my work called and NAZZAR picked up.

NATIONWIDE TRASMISSION REFUSES!!!!! to return my money to me!!!! this is the biggest scam/ ripp-off i have ever incountered. DO NOT USES THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THEN WILL STEAL YOU MONEY AND LIE TO YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND UNTIL YOU ARE TIRED OF FIGHTING THEM!!!!
