Almost 3 years ago I purchased a living room set from Nationwide. I ordered it 3 months before I needed it delivered because I was going to be moving. My VINYL couch and loveseat arrived without my end tables and coffee table. I HAD to ask them where they were.

The delivery guys said that they were going to be in in a couple of days and could I come and pick them up. I was irritated because I figured ordering them that far in advance that they'd be in and I had paid the delivery fee to have ALL of my things delivered. I didn't want to go pick anything up.

After the men left I looked everything over. My couch had a tear on the top. I immediately called the store and told them about this. They told me that they'd deliver a new one the next day and pick up the old one. I waited the entire day for them to come and had even called them a few times, they never answered the phone, and they never showed up.

The next day I called and asked to speak to the manager. He told me that I'd have to come in and look the new couch over because they didn't want to deliver it only to have me send it back again. They have an outside delivery service so they had to pay the delivery fee this time ($25-50). I told him that I wish someone would've told me that the other day so I didn't waste my time sitting around waiting for them to come.

My husband went and looked it over (on his lunch break, he works over an hour away). After all of our trouble, all we got was a louzy $15 lamp for free. I was beyond mad. When our tables finally arrived they were a bit beat up, but by now I was so fed up with them I didn't bother to call them.

After 2 years, the couch and loveseat started tearing. It looked like an animal clawed it (we don't have pets or children). It was horrible. I will NEVER shop there again and I don't recommend that anyone else does either unless they want to have to buy a new couch again in a few years. I decided to go to American for my next purchase AND pay the extra money for product protection.
