NationwideRemanufacturing STILL WAITING !!!!!!!! WON'T ANSWER PHONES Austin Texas

Well was told my replacement transmission was shipped on the May 28 , called asking for a BOL# was told they recieve this number from there broker should have to me in 24 hours. This morning at 5:12AM i recieved an email from Southeastern stated my transmission was shipped on June 3rd so that's 6 extra days of wait time  . So I am assuming here since they shipped a unit that wasn't compatable with the vehicle they waited  on the core to be returned to rebuilt it.   My biggest problem is the continous line of BS this company lays on their customers . They are able to screen there calls and not answer the phone from customers THEY HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES . I'm usually very understanding when it comes to part purchase , don't lie or bullshit me , tell me when I can expect it and deliver . In this day and age with economy being how it is , I personnally and professionlly think customer service is the easiest and most important part of the sale . Hopefully won't have to update this again .
