Native Imaging Refuses to refund hundreds of dollars in broken products. Several are falsely advertised and promiss content that is not delivered in the downloaded packages. Florida

Envato has sold me several broken, or stolen, or empty product downloads. Serveral are falsely advertised, and some are just broken. I have spent thousands of dollars on their markets to have about 70% of the products be broken, or do not contain the items promissed in the product. I have waited over 12 months for several hundred dollars in refunds, but have only recieved half of them as "store credits" claiming they were purchased with envato deposits rather than paypal purchases that my reciepts show. The companies responses to my complaints are such as calling me a "Troll" and removing all my comments and questions from the products that are broken or empty, only to confused other customers into buying them as well. I wonder how many people have purchased the product and have left comments of disatisfaction and also have been removed. How are new customers to know that they are getting ripped off. It's like Envato takes the money and runs, then has a team of employees who spend all day removing the comments and blocking them from their social accounts. 

I would like to know how many unhappy customers there are out there who have been ripped off my Envato as well... I winder how many people are blocked from the envato facebook & twitter pages. 

I want to join a class action lawsuit against them and I want my refunds back.
