 NSBA misrepresented they're services on the phone. Was told I was qulified for a $ 7500 commercial credit card. Was told I had 30 days to review materials before I would be charged and could return materials in that time for a full refund. 10/17/13  signed up 10/22 my account hit for $ 149.95 10/29 received "memebership kit"  which was two pieces of paper including a memebership card. 10/31 Called and got a cancellation number 11/01 sent back material via certified mail Was told on the phone that there are no refunds. Says on their literature "sinply call and return for a full refund" These people are rip off artists. Stay clear
