The Natural Beauty 2 kiosk in the Eastland Mall uses shady sales practices. If they get you to stop, they hold on to your hand and put their lotion and nail buffing products on you. None of the products have price stickers. Usually they will haggle the price. My boyfriend did not realize this, and paid full price, $49.99, for a nail kit. After he agreed to purchase it, he was offered 2 additional kits for $25 (that's $12.50 each). After he signed the credit card receipt, they stamped "No Refunds, Exchange Only" on one of his receipts.

When we went back to get a refund, with our receipts, we were told "no refunds". They said we could have another nail kit or pick out another product. At one point, the saleslady (supposedly) called her supervisor and asked about the refund, and he said "no". She would not give us the phone number of her supervisor, but finally let us leave both our phone numbers, and told us we would get a call around noon the next day (we were never called). She said they are not a big store like Macys, and couldn't do refunds. I asked how the size of the store was related with refunds. She was often inconsistent. She told us that there was a law requiring them to give refunds within 24 hours, and that sometimes they give refunds up to 2 days or 5 days later. We said it was bought 5 days ago, and she said 24 hours... 2 days.

I did notice a No Refunds sign on the kiosk, and my boyfriend made the choice to spend $53.74 (after taxes), however I think Natural Beauty/Seacret has unscrupulous business practices and I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
