On Oct. 8, 2003 I ordered a 90 day supply of diet patches online from Natural Diet Solutions. According to the website all orders are shipped within 24 hours.

My credit card was billed on 10/16/03. When I had not received the order by the time my billing statement came around I emailed their customer service at www.naturaldietsolutions.com. The only email response I have ever received was a kick mail stating that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours.

After two days I called the customer service phone number 1-866-827-2824. They took my name, home phone, work phone and problem and told me someone would call me tomorrow. I waited two days and no return call. I then emailed and called again. This time when the girl asked for my name, etc. I asked why I could not speak to someone now and she said because they are just an answering service out of Indiana and they do not actually work for Natural Diet Solutions.

To date I email once per week and have never received my order, a response other than a kick mail, or a refund to my debit card. I personally believe that this is not even a real company since I can not find anything about them anywhere and the answering service will not give me any info. either.

Please do not fall for this scam.
