Natural Health Acupressure Spot Dishonest, Sleezy, RIP-OFF Joint - BEWARE - A Massage Place That Doesn't Give Massages, But They Will Take Your Money Bethesda Maryland

My husband and I were long-time, regular customer of this place.  As an athlete, I decided that regular massage was a part of good health maintenance and we would try to go weekly.  It took a while to find masseuses we liked, but we found 2 great ones.  We bought their package, where you pay in advance and get a discount on individual massage sessions. 

Then came the new ownership.  We still had hundreds of dollars left on our packages.  When we went in to get massages, which is what we purchased and the purpose for going to a massage studio, we were told that they no longer offered massages and our massueses had quit. 

We asked for our money back.  We made 4 trips back to the place to reiterate our request.  Their scam varries between, "They don't know who the owner is," or they suddenly don't speak English.  The last time I went in, they promised to send me a check for the outstanding balance of my package.  The did not.  When I went back, for the 4th time they produced some "manager" who was very confused and did not speak English. 

They will take large sums of money, refuse to provide the services you purchased and keep your money.  Since the new ownership, it's not even clear what services they offer.  This place is a sleezy, rip-off joint.  Protect yourself and stay away.
