Naturally Women Fitness Center anyone witness cut injury? Glendale Arizona

Before the Arrowhead location closed, there was an injury where a member cut her foot in the shower. She suffered an infection and lost her leg. The Club asserts that the Club was always clean and that there were never any dangerous conditions. I have located several former employees who have told me that the Club was not maintained in a clean manner and that there were dangerous objects on the floors.

If anyone knows of the conditions of the Club in may 2005 that could be help me, please contact me. If you saw glass on the floors of the Club, including the showers or pool or other cutting object, please contact me. If you witnessed the incident described above, also please call. One member helped clean up the blood. Thanks
