NatureBox Sends The Same Snacks Every Month! San Carlos California

NatureBox wooed me into thinking that I would receive a healthy selection of snacks every month from their varied selection. I received my first box and sampled all of the items. All but one were good, and I was anxiously awaiting my second box.
A month later, the second box came in. To my disapointment it had exactly the same snacks in it, save for one. I immediately contacted the company via e-mail, was given a partial credit, and assured that my next box would be different.
It wasn't. In fact, it was EXACTLY the same as the second box, including the one item I told them I never wanted again. In fact, I told them if it ever arrived in a future box, I would cancel my service.
I did that today.
Beware - the promise of new "Recommended" snacks each month is false. I received the same snacks three months in a row. I cannot find any evidence online that anyone else has been happy with a "second" box, but tons of posts on their Facebook page along the lines of "our first box was great".
My first box was great, but not so great I wanted it repated month, after month, after month.
