I ordered a crystal quartz ($63.76 ) from via PayPal on 6/4/13.  On the website it says "We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 working days" but it took them 2 weeks to ship.  When item arrived, it was wrapped in a few squares of single-ply toilet paper and 1 paper towel (this is a fragile item! That should have been my clue) and it looked nothing like the picture and description on the website, so I emailed them to complain the product is not as advertised, I also wrote an online review (which needed to be “approved” and obviously they are not going to post negative reviews). “Kathy” from “accounting” replied back on the same day asking what the issues are.  I again explain (again) that the product is not as advertised, and I attached pictures of what I received. [continued below]....

.....  The next day she replied back saying the “shipping department” shipped the wrong item and they’ll be happy to refund my money plus shipping cost.  I wrote back asking if they have the correct item, I’d like to do an exchange.  Kathy wrote back in 1 day saying not a problem and she’ll refund my shipping + send me a gift.  I sent the item back on 6/24/13, and good thing I had it tracked so I knew when it arrived.  I emailed them to let her know item has shipped back to her (no response).  On 7/3 I emailed them saying tracking showed that it arrived on 6/27 and when can I expect the replacement.  No reply this time.  On 7/9 I emailed again and this time Kathy replied saying item has shipped.  Today is 8/18 and nothing has arrived in the last 5 weeks.  I’ve email and called many, many times.  No one responded.  When you call you will just get an answering machine with this guy “Robert’s” recording.  Who knows if this is a one-man company, or a husband and wife team, and if Kathy and Robert are their real names.  No address can be found on the website as well, just the phone number 715-338-0655 and email  If they don’t get back to you, there is nothing you can do.  My last email and voice message to them is if they don’t get back to me, I’m writing online reviews on them and reporting them to Better Business Bureau.  So save your money, time, and energy – DO NOT buy anything from unless you just like to give money away to thieves/con artists.

Refund After BBB Contacted Them

A week after filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, sent me a not-so-nice email to tell me to "contact BBB and let them know we took care of this as you can see we have no negative feedback anywhere we have over 10,000 feedback on ebay not one negative." and that they can only refund me the product cost, not shipping.  I wrote back saying I didn't get an refund and I'd love to see the 10,000 positive feedback they have (I have written a negative review in June which is still not posted since they have to approve the reviews).  They ignored my email but I did finally get a refund 3 days later.  Take your own risk dealing with them.
