Editor’s Comment: 05/30/2017 -.  Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better.  In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report.  We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike.  Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation However, we want our users to be aware that sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up.  Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight.  Still, in other instances, a defendant may simply appear only to stipulate (settle) the case by agreeing to stipulate to a court order because they are being bullied by the plaintiff and whether what they said was true or not, they just want the matter to go away so they can move on with life and make the plaintiff go away.  Again, we make no representations about this particular court order situation.  We are simply providing you with additional information so that you may be more informed and, coupled with any additional research you feel is necessary, may make your own informed decision regarding the validity of this Report.  As always, we encourage our readers to do their homework and not just rely on one single source for information.  Google, through the Lumen Database, has provided the following document relating to this subject Report:

Joseph Chinnock on behalf of the Navajo Bee Project offered four families from Monument Valley, Halchita, Natrow Canyon and Black Mesa to fundraise for apiaries and bees, seeds, bat houses and bee equipment and education for specific families suffering from Uranium and Mining contamination on the Navajo Reservation. he indicated he was funded by Whole Foods Market for the bees but needed to raise additional monies for supplies and other expenses they claimed were needed to provide the seeds and bat houses and protective clothing including Geiger counters and other tools for the families to use. However during the projects fundraiser we became aware that Navjo Bee Project was sending out messages to donors indicating that several acres of land had become available for purchase and that the monies were being redirected to purchase this land for the families. When we realized the issue we requested evidence of the Kerr McGee Land sale and was verbally discounted by Chinnock who threatened to have us removed from the project for raising the issue regarding the fraudulent Kerr McGee Land sale. NAvajo Bee Project did not show up for two scheduled visits for the donation drop off and had indicated he had given the bees to someone else. However our families names were used. Our photographs and our stories in the fundraiser and the Navajo families are left without bees, cooperative sales of honey to Whole Foods and have been abused by Chinnock and his collective for raising the issue of our stories being misrepresented along with a fraudulent land sale with Kerr McGee that did not exist. We requested the return of the donations to the donors and were rejected.

Rebuttal by Chinnock Another Fraud

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 13, 2017

We see that Mr. Chinnock has filed a rebuttal using a court document from another jurisdiction, to another person.  That court document does not 1.  Apply to us at all - 1A.  Does not have our name on it 1B.  Was not served to us, and has nothing to do with our issues 1C.  We did not appear in court on those issues Mr. Chinnock has with this other party, as we are not this Kirsten person 1E.  This court is not in our jurisdiction 1F Mr. Chinnock is again using a document he got from somewhere else and to someone else on some other issue which does not apply to us, to contest this complaint.

Mr. Chinnock advertised to donors that there was a Kerr McGee land sale.  There was no Kerr McGee land sale.  Even if there had been one, which there was not, but had there been one, he did not notify anyone that he was changing the fundraiser to include the purchase of land.  Land he would not be able to donate to the Navajo, because there was no landsale.  That in US courts is fraud.  And true in Navajo Courts, it would be too fraud.  We welcome a court discussion based on Mr. Chinnock's fundraising activities.

We have recordings of Mr. Chinnock and there is evidence online, and also described in venues like Reddit, that he harassed individuals that complained about him until they committed suicide, and that he would do the same to us or anyone who complained against him.

We also have in this recording, where Mr. Chinnock needed that 10,000 fundriaser to pay for his expenses, when he expected random people to hear about the project and donate bees.  That was not what the fundraiser was for, to pay for his expenses while some person donated bees.  We can have that person donate bees, and we can eliminate the fundraiser, or pay that money to the person who brought the free bees

Further Mr. Chinnock changed his name to another name in his family and pitched another request for funds, for bees he never provided to anyone.  So he's even using other names and other games to continue to pitch his fraudulent fundraisers.

We welcome Mr. Chinnock in court.  Mr. Chinnock has no legal document with our name on it, and continues to post under other names, because instead of resolving his problems, he wants to use fraudulent names and accounts to cross harass people for complaining about him, because he believes he has the right to fundraise for people, and keep the money and not provide any bees.

We found someone who is assisting us in feral bees, who has nothing to do with Mr. Chinnock, and were able to continue with our project, and have acheived great success but not with any thanks or contribution or participation with Chinnock at all.

That court document is not real and the person (Ivanski) did not sign it.
