This company is billing me for calls made from my home number for the internet. I have cable internet. How am I being billed for a phone call. Also the date that I am being billed I had no electric due to Katrina. I live in Lousiana, where at the time they said I made these chargeres it was impossible to do. How can a company charge you for something and doesn't give you an answer to it?
