Navy Federal Credit Union NavyFCU.org This Credit Union is a ripoff Internet

Making this real short cause I'm on the phone with these da**ed clowns right now:
Got out of Navy about 7 years ago (maybe a bit less), overdrew checking account.
Paid off overdraft fees and deposited a little more because I wanted to keep account open (left about $27 or so in account).
Fast forward to about a year ago they start charging for having less than $75 (i believe) and my $27 
starts to shrink. About September or October last year I see a statement and it says I have about $20 left in the account; I make my way 1 1/2 hours away to nearest branch to close account since they wouldn't let me over the phone. And after about another 1 1/2 to 2 hours of waiting they tell me I can't close the account because there is a hold on it for overdrawn fees. I show them the statement showing I owe them nothing and they tell me they'll give me a call back and fix it all up for me.
Fast forward to yesterday. After completely forgetting about the stinking account, I receive statement that says $13 dollars in the SAVINGS account so I call up again to try to close the account and they tell me, after about an hour on hold, that they cannot close the account because I owe them $19.60.
Asked them WHY it's a savings account when I know for a fact I had a checking account and they told me that that had been changed over in September/October last year (probably when I visited but i sure as heck don't remember doing that for sure). 

So now these scumbags want me to fess up $19.60 when the money was sitting in that checking account for years... And to make matters worse I have documented proof that they owe me money instead. No way in hell I'm paying more to these b**tards; they're gonna have to take the da**ed savings account money + what they've been sucking up to cover their supposed inexistant loss. 
Taking these scumbags to court if they can't fix it right over the phone, unfortunately i've been on hold for over an hour already (second time calling).
