NBA Biweekly Administration deceitful fraudulent dishonest ripoff Xenia Ohio

I, too, was duped by this company. I signed up and was told my first date would be in June. June passed and I called to inquire as to why the payment was not pulled out of my account. I, too, was told there was a problem contacting me and they reset my date for July. To my surprise, July passed without NBA withdrawing money from my account.

Again, I called to inquire why. I was told they tried to get ahold of me, but they could not. My date was again, reset for August. August passed without another payment being withdrawn from my account. This time, just an apology and it will come out in September. Finally, the money was being taken out! At the end of March, their computer had a "glitch" and "accidentally" took my payment out twice! I have accumulated almost $600 in overdraft charges in which I was told I would be refunded to me.

After 4 conference calls to assorted companies to which checks were returned due to their error, I am still waiting for them to refund me my overdraft fees. I have been told their senior management is reviewing it. It has been over 6 weeks! I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my money as well as a couple phone calls. All replies indicate senior management is reviewing the case.
