NBLA Insuance Martin and Associates, Fraudluent claims during sales pitch. Duluth, Georgia

To summarize my experience with Martin and Associates and NBLA:

The insurance offered was misrepresented as covering far more (90% of all major medical expenses) then it does in reality. The policy offered was the NBLA 500 Platinum plan. After reading the policy that they sent me I discovered their claim of 90% coverage to be an outright falsehood.  Consequently, I am canceling this policy. During my conversation with the Martin and Associate representative Christen, I asked that a PDF or other form of electronic communication be sent to me for review. Nothing in writing was available for review prior to my signing on.  I should have caught on at that point, but instead chose to believe what turned out to be too good to be true.

It is my genuine concern that an individual less familiar with the language might be misled by Martin and Associates and NBLA's tactics and discover too late that they were not financially covered during a major medical event.
