NC Furniture Unlimited Paid for furniture and never received Greensboro North Carolina

Placed a furniture order with the scam of a company on June 24, 2008 Merlot 5 pc Sleigh Collection and paid in full.  Unfortunately, it was AFTER I gave them my money did I read about their scam (the exact same story as mine) on websites. Ive spend numerous hours, time, pain, stress because of them and they should all be in jail!

After contacting this company for months, receiving conflicting information, lies, and given nothing but the run around, I requested a refund and filed a complaint with the BBB of Greensboro NC.  http://www.greensboro.bbb.org After continuing to contact this company for my money, I see on 12/2/09 on the BBB site that NC Furniture Unlimited rating and it was an F. Now, they are out of business. I called NC Attorney Generals Office (919) 716-6000 www.ncdoj.gov and filed a complaint with them too.

Please everyone that has been scammed by NC Furniture Unlimited, please contac the NC Attorney Generals office at the above address so we can get our money back and land these liars in jail!
