NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES INC TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR A BILL THAT IS NOT MIME WHICH I DID NOT MAKE. Horsham Pennsylvania

First off, I was contacted by Frances & Mailman - Some attorney's in Pennsylvania looking for a class action against these clowns.

In my dispute, I called the alleged original creditor and they confirm they have no collection in my name AND they claim they have no affiliation with NCO. The bank NCO claims to represent advised me NOT to give them any personal information.

I would do a few things to end this:

1) Call the original creditor they claim represent and tell them you are being harassed. If they claim you are the right person, ask for copies of bills, statements and evidence they have showing YOU initiated that account. When they do the digging - they will see it isn't you.

2) Tell NCO in writing that you are disputing the validity of the collection. Not only do you ask them for validating evidence the debt they are trying to collect is yours, but ask for evidence that they are legally contracted to collect on behalf of the original creditor. Also tell them you do not want any calls.

3) Pull your credit reports - this scum firm is notorious for intentionally reporting false information on credit reports. Dispute the false information with all three agencies.

4) The Pennsylvania Attorney General received my complaint against NCO this week. Within 48 hours, I had a rep from their office calling me to ask about the letter I obtained from the original creditor they claim to represent not having any knowledge of any collection accounts in my name.

Within a few hours of that call, that's when Frances & Mailman left a message looking to initiate a class action. Unfortunately, I didn't get the message until they closed for the weekend. Will call them next week to see what they want.
