NCO Financial Systems, ripoff, tries to scare by calling my work, harassing, my credit card bill was settled that they call me about from another collector that I had paid in October 2005 Horsham Pennsylvania

Harrassing phone calls at work, asks co workers my schedule etc...Says my debt is not settled. How do they know..must have gotten my bills by fraud thru credit report...I paid a settlement in October...the credit card was 9 mos delinquent at the time, a collection agency was paid the money.

Then a similar collection agency called from another state one minute after I hung up the phone so they must be tied in together!

I don't think the two debts I owed are more than 3000. One of whilch is settled or supposed to be.
