I had an account with capital one the maximun limit on the card was $200, now that NCO financail took it over interest went up to $803,on several ocassion I have call to settle the account,i have spoke to a Mr. SUNNI Johnson and a fews of his coworker and they have alway been rude and very disrespectful,they have offers me settlement and when decide to pay it they have change it over and within the same day. they are very persistant in getting your checking information,i have send them a money order and up to this day my account have not been updated

You should have tried sticking to your credit limit. It's no wonder it was set so low. In any case, your interest rate is set by the original creditor. And next time? Put your account number on the money order.
