Nco Financial ripoff Philadelphia Pennsylvania

i received a call from a robin banks on april 29, 2003 around 5 or 6 pm a message was left that i call her. well i did and all i got was an answering machine in which states the name of the company but i couldnt understand what she said i did this 2 times and still didnt know who was calling me or why

so the third time i called i left a message not to call my house anymore a few minutes later the phone rings and it is robin banks telling me not to ever call her and leave that sort of message again, that she would call my house any time she pleases then proceeded to tell me i was going to jail for fraud and hung up.

so i called again and left a message " what do you mean fraud" she immediatley called me back and said that i was going to jail because i was nothing but a liar and a thief and that she was also have my paycheck garnished and i would bring home nothing. sahe also stated that if i didnt pay up they were gonna go after my husband and i said no you cant and she said oh yes i can then she hung up, by this time im scared to death im going to jail so i called back and as usual i got the machine. she calls back and says she wants 1000.00 dollars down and 500.00 dollars a month by may first or im going to jail.

i said i dont have 1000.00 dollars or 500 a month so she said see you in court, i did offer to pay 40.00 a month and she said no. i asked about putting this bill into a debt consolidation account and she said no to that too she said we dont do that here so from there on i receive at least one phone call from them a day, i even have one on tape with the threat of prosecution

then i finally made arrangements to pay 100.00 a month for 2 months with the final settlement being 5650.00 ( what they would settle for) well shortly after that i called and cancelled the checks due to the closing of my account with that bank and as soon as i opened a new account with another bank i would get the new info to them

well in the process of that they kept calling and and denying the things she said to me, i even talk to robin banks again and she said she never said those things
and asked me if i had it on tape. i said no and she said then you cant prove it

well that conversation lead to her supervisor getting on the phone raising hell, then he tells me if i forget about the conversation with her her would make sure everything was taken care of, then he got rude telling me i was arguementive and not to call back with the new checking info because he was going to the attorneys office right now and i would be prosecuted and i said you mean im going to jail and he said take that anyway you wish and that this conversation was over and not to call back mrs. personality plus and hung up. now they call and say this is going to litigation for the bill plus writing bad checks on a closed account

when i authorized the checks the account was open.

i have a lawyer who is willing to take on this case and im going for it. care to get in on it let me know,
