NCS Litigations Office Jerry Burns Called my place of employment, my parents, my grandparents, and my cell phone and told me and them if I didnt respond to (((Redacted))) it would be considered a refusal and i would be served at my place of employment as well as my home. Nationwide

This is freaking me out. This guy called my work and my entire family and told them and myself that if I did not respond to the phone number provided (((Redacted))) that I would be served at my place of employment as well as my home. I do not know what is going on. I have never had anything like this happen to me before.

This is most likely a debt collection scam. Do a web search for "debt collection scam" for info on recognizing, avoiding and reporting these scams.
Do not give them any personal info - if you truly owe them money, they would already have your info. Read the Fair Debt Collection Act - even if you do owe a company money, there's still legal limits they - and any agency acting on their behalf - must abide by.
