NCSoft ArenaNet NCSoft ArenaNet Lineage II Account banned when my bank accidently charged back NCcoin purchases; NCSoft refuses to fix error Austin Texas

 I have had a lineage 2 account for over 10 years and most recently, in late 2012, I purchased NCCoin from the NCSoft website. Unbeknownst to me at that same time in another state someone was using the same credit card information to pay for hotels in San Diego, CA.

Obviously unrelated transactions, but my bank went ahead and froze my credit card and called me to inform me there was questionable transactions to my credit card. They mentioned all the transactions from the night before and I told them the NCSoft transactions were valid.

Next day as Im playing Lineage 2 my account freezes and I cannot login again. It truns out my bank mistakingly reported the NCSoft transactions as fraudulent and NCSoft banned my account immediately. I called my bank to fix the issue; they apologized but said that the only way to pay NCSoft back would be for NCSoft to charge those amounts again. NCSoft refused and banned my account permanently.

After over 9 years of being a loyal customer, and with over 30,000 hours of playing, they banned me and have refused to escalate my concerns to anyone who matters. I have a letter from my bank apologizing for the error but NCSoft has repatedly refused to accept it. I did nothing wrong and yet they treat me as if I am some sort of online criminal.
