started working with this company in January 2013 by March 2013 and over 6K of work completed we decided to quit because this company kept giving us work orders but not wanting to pay! they would blame their client for not paying them. (see email below)

Good morning,

I have received your payment inquiry from Jack and Robert.  I do apologize for the inconvenience.  At this time, we have not been able to provide specific information regarding payments due to the sporadic nature of payment release.  Information at this point is on a day to day basis and right now we do not have information whether payment will be released today.  We fully intend on paying our vendors.  You are more than welcome to inquire daily regarding payment release.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  I do apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in the matter.

Thank you,

Michelle Roberts

Listing of debt to us by NDB Management

AUTHOR: NDB Management Does not pay their vendors - ()

POSTED: Friday, November 08, 2013

Its over $2200 they owe us. Almost put us out of business earlier this year. You can see how patient we were with them. Some of their debt was from last year and they were still playing their little games about we didn't get paid till they got paid. I don't know about anyone else but I pay my worker on a regular basis. Always within 2 weeks of a job being done weather I get paid or not. Here's a listing of my invoices to them. They were paying way under the industry standard as well by more than half in most cases. dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/97573896/NDB%20Management%20Fraud%2C%20they%20don't%20pay%20their%20contractors/Debt%20owed%20to%20us%20for%20services%20rendered%20to%20NDB%20Management.pdf

Class action lawsuit, I'm in, add Altisource to the defendants

AUTHOR: NDB Management Does not pay their vendors - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, October 16, 2013

I have been more than patient with these people and send multiple requests for payment. Most are Ignored. Once only I got a check for work in the amount of 450.00. They owe me in excess of $2500.00 at this point. I have told them of my intent to file liens against properties worked on and contact their clients to try to get payment. In the alternative I could turn them over to collections. This is now October 2013. Work Orders I am trying to collect for are from November, December, January, and February of last year before I became suspictious. They have people working for them that say they used to be small contractors for them and had slow payments but I would get my money. This is ridiculous, it has been almost a year overdue. My last email to them soliced no response. Do not work for NDB Management or do any of their field service work orders. They are a scam. I am about to go see about filing mechanics liens against the properties I worked on. Lets see how their clients like that. They are little work orders but they all add up. They continue to get away with this and they win. Maybe we should get together and contact a lawyer to go after them as this is straight fraud. I am curious as to just how much work and materials they have had done across the country that hasn't posted yet. It could be in the hundreds of thousands to unsuspecting contractors. I almost went out of business when this occurred as I paid my labor to my employees and for the locks and lockboxes etc. They are a scam. I guess I should have known better responding to an ad off Craigslist.

NDB Gave us the Go around!

AUTHOR: ALN Property management - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, June 25, 2013

I too got yanked around by NDB. I met both Ron and Pame in JAN 2013 in Washington State. We worked for them for months and only got paid a small amount of $620. Its now June 25th and they owe us around $8,500-$9,000. I was told the same thing that the bank flaked and they are talking to an attorney to get this settled. Lets all get this class action lawsuit going and get the money back we all deserve.

Class Action Lawsuit

AUTHOR: Cat - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 20, 2013

Hi all,  my name is Cat and I have already gave my story here about how NDB has screwed me over. I have been researching the company to get as much information on them as possible. I would like to get all the vendors together so that we can pursue this as a class action lawsuit. I created an email address for this and would like to get everyone who wants to join the lawsuit to email me. Hoping together we can compile as much info on the company as possible. Once we have made contact, I will give everyone the login info so that you know I am not a spammer, scammer or anything else that ends with "er". I have already contacted the attorney generals office and an attorney. Would like to get everyones input on who they would like to use as an attorney or how they would like to proceed. I have never done this so I have to go on what advise I am given from a lawyer. All I know is that NDB owes me money, their number is disconnected, their physical address property(which is a residential house) was sold May 2, 2013 for $300,000+ and that they do not have a business license in the state of Ca. I am researching as much as I can but could use some help since I contract for other companies. So lets get this rolling and get our money. Maybe I will set up a facebook acct to for it. But for now....everyone contact me at preservationlawsuit@gmail.com

NDB Management INC

AUTHOR: Cat - ()

POSTED: Friday, June 07, 2013

I am also in the same boat as you. I have contracted for them since Sept of 2012. Per my contract, I was to be paid 30days after work submitted.  At the end of October they owed me over $4900 and had paid me $0. I got the same run around about payment "waiting for funds to be released from their client". By mid November, I wrote them and demanded some money. They responded to me on Decemeber 3rd by sending me a check for $180.00. Out of $4900!!!! So all thru December I hounded them. Finally got some more money 3 days after Christmas.

They finally got their balance down to $1500 with me, so at the end of January, they called and asked if I could do a job. Since it was an easy job for $950, I did it. And of course now they were back up to over $2500. Between January and March they got their balance back down to $2000 and in May they sent me a payment for $1000 stating that thats all they show I was owed.

The last email I sent, I gave them 10 days to pay in full or show proof that they didnt owe me or I would be contacting an attorney. I have yet to hear from them. I called the main number last week to find it has been disconnected. Emails are also bouncing back. I found a phone number for Pame Rose on paperwork and called it. I left a voicemail, stating that I was going to be contacting an attorney and advised her if she would like to avoid me taking that step then I just need to be contacted. Nothing.

So here I am trying to decide if I should sue or just submit to collections. I would rather not do collections as I am not willing to settle with this company. They need to be sued. Jack had told me at one point that they were owed over $250k from their client. Their client is AltiSource and I know for a fact(I used to contract directly for them) that they pay every 10-15 days. I was very understanding through all of this as I have been in this field for over 8 years and know that banks tend to take their time on paying, but not 7 months. I am more than happy to join a class action suit or sue individually.

On November 12 I received this email:

Good evening,

I have received your inquiry from Jack.  I apologize for not responding sooner.  We are currently still processing and reconciling payment.  As soon as payment is forwarded, notification will be sent to include a summary of work completed.  If you have not already done so, please forward any invoices to assist in reconciling payment.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Thank you for your patience.

Thank you,
Michelle

This was the first "excuse" email I received. I tried filing with the BBB but they dont help with unless you are an employee. I think next week I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office.
