Ndi Group Ltd Ndi Group Ltd received the advance payment under the contract and did not send the goods Johannesburg, Gauteng South Africa

On date 29/5/2014 I ordered from Ndi group ltd 50 ton corn and 50 ton wheat and we sign a contract about this.    

the total of this deal is 11250$.        accordence to the contract 50% in advance and 50% when the goods arrive in haifa

on dated 27/6/2014 I paid 3375$  and on dated  10/7/2014 I paid 2250$.    this is a total of 50% in advance 

accordance by the contract.      the balance of 50% accordance by the contract after the goods arrive in HAIFA 

the supplier never send the goods
