Neat Freak Pro Detail LLC $150 Detail with tons of crumbs and melted candy still in car Queen Creek Arizona

 Do not go here. I called on Saturday and made an appointment for a detail on Tuesday at 9am with a quote of $150. I've never had the car detailed but wanted to give myself a break. Got a babysitter to watch the triplets and a friend to drive me down to drop it off. Got to the address on the website at about 850am Tuesday morning. No one was there. At 9 I called the number on the website which is apparently the owner. He said they had moved and he was sorry but they couldn't do the car today because of the move but he could definitely do it Wednesday, same time and with a discount. (Couldn't have called me?) Fine. This was annoying because I didn't want to put the car seats I'd spent three hours cleaning the night before back in a dirty car which meant we couldn't go anywhere but one day, ok not the end of the world. Again, Wednesday got someone to drive me over there. This time arrived at the new location and once again no one is there. I call at 9 and he says he will be there in just a minute. Once he shows up I drop off the car. He asks what time I need it back and I say 230. He tells me that's perfect. I get someone to take me back there at 230 and they haven't started the outside. Again, could have called me so I didn't inconvenience someone else to take me over there for no reason. He seems very apologetic and offers to drive it home when they are done so I tell him that sounds good. Car finally arrives back at my house about 730. I pay the guy the full $150 and he leaves. I go to inspect the car and it's AWFUL! I will post pics if possible. Every seam of the seat, all under the seat, the seat belt holes, every compartment, still has crumbs, melted m&ms, dog hair, and God knows what else. Why did I pay $150 dollars to not use the car for two days and STILL have to clean it myself???? I texted the owner and sent him the images. He said he was very sorry, would send the mobile truck first thing in the morning and issue a $20 refund as they stand by their work. This worked for me. No one ever showed up. I texted him around 11 that afternoon and he texted me back around 1 asking what he could do to make me happy, as if I hadn't already given them the entire morning to come fix it. I responded that, as I already went and re-cleaned the whole car at the local car wash, I wanted a full refund. He didn't think a full refund was justified but gave no other suggestions for amounts. He kept saying he was sorry but at the same time didn't understand why I was "still" unhappy. I would have been happy with it being fixed the next morning and a $20 refund but NEITHER of those happened so I'm not sure why he believes I should no longer be unhappy. Go to jacksons or wherever and get the $20 wash. It's better than the $150 here.
