On May 2nd of 2013 C.P.S bullied their way into my home with 5 police officers from the drug unit after being alerted to possible meth manufacturing and sales. Neither of these false allegations proved to be true yet my children were still kidnapped my this n**i organization. The report written looked beautiful as they had manufactured a superb story to justify the crime of kidnapping. They had alleged my daughter had told them several thinngs that later were vehemently denied by my daughter in a deposition under oath. Workers Madelyn Bal and Sarah Brock were also deposed by my lawyer as well as my wifes lawyer and were caught in several lies (under oath). The issue here is this.
If you or I (common people) were to be caught lying under oath in a deposition, we would be charged with perjury. What happens here in this case is they arrange for court proceedeing to take place 6 months apart where there is absolutely no time to have a hearing or anything to be resolved. The system in nebraska allows for termination of parental rights after children are in state custody for 15 months. With the six months between hearings, that leaves 2 hearings at which said hearing the County Attorney uses up the whole time asking one witness a bunch of irellevant questions. Where he works (though we already all know that) where he trained (which proved to be irellevant) nothing to do with my case was ever asked of any witness as each time--we ran out of time. This is done purposely so that I would have to do as I did--admit to something that boiled down to splitting haIRS AND in and of its own was not grounds for removal of my children. I was left no choiuce as I could not see taking the chance of having my children permanently removed.
Just know, at no time EVER do you have to allow anyone in your home without a search warrant signed by a judge. I strongly suggest to anyone to never ever do so and if anyone from any state, county,city or federal agency wishes to talk to you--first consult a lawyer as they WILL make up lies and say you said things that are complete and toatl lies. Not mistakes or misquotes but truly out and out lies. Take this advice--you will be glad you did.

Hi,
I wonder if there is any resolution to this report. Could you please contact me? I'm a graduate researcher investigating GAL and CPS; called a performance audit. 24/29 interviews show corruption at the state level. During my investigation, CPS legally kidnapped my children too!

Evidently there is a lot you're not aware of. Have you done any actual research on this particular issue or are you just stating what you "find strange" from your personal opinion on this? I would love to hear any facts you may have come across that refute my claim. If this is just your opinion, still feel free to give viable reasons for your apprehension. Otherwise, it really just appears your only popping off your personal feelings and should probably be kept to yourself. Also, your cute little rebuttal about the n**i part not existing in the U.S......what cave are you living in?

I have been keeping a close eye (for personal reasons) on this particular issue. And sadly, it seems that often--perhaps too often stories as this original poster described are true.
In 2012 California decided to completely reorganize and restructure their CPS department. I am relieved for the lucky few who will be seen under this different (much better) set of protocols. From what I gather, around the country and until recently in California, there seemed to be a one size fits all kind of approach. This is the bottom line, I believe, that resulted in so many injustices.
I sincerely hope that other states will soon follow California's lead and re-evaluate their overall Protective Services approach. Unfortunately, my own heart remains heavy for all who lost their children unjustly... And I continue to hope that some percentage of truly endangered kids were saved from harm (or worse) during this dark time in our family court system.

Illegally removing and kidnapping by Nazis are extreme felonies and punishable by severe penalties. I wasn't aware the n**i party was still active in the U.S.
It's strange how every CPS in every state is kidnapping/stealing kids from loving parents.
