Nebraska Furniture Mart NFM NFM Nebraka Furniture Mart won't return their products Kansas City Kansas
I purchased a Panasonic microwave in September 2016. It quit working yesterday. I call NFM today and the customer service department told they will return the item within 30 days and told me to call Panasonic. I sat on hold for 45 minutes and Panasonic told me I have to take it into Kansas City which is an hour and 15 minutes one way to a repair shop. I call the repair shop and they will have it up to 2 weeks. This is so much BS I can't believe it. For all the time and trouble as well as being without a microwave for up to two weeks I would be better off to throw it in the dumpster and go by another one. NFM DOES NOT AND WILL NOT stand up to their product hoping you will throw it away and buy a new one. I WILL NOT EVER shop at this store again. Worthless absolutely worthless. I am sure no management would screw around with a broken microwave under warranty so why should I. UNACCEPTABLE!
