9-8-01 I hired this company to re-roof my home hail damage)at a cost of $4,209.50. 50% due upon delivery of materials, balance due upon completion. They came. They re-roofed my home but never completed the job (anywhere from 1-2-3" shingles hanging over the edges of my roof. They took off all the gutters & down-spout. I had two layers of shingles on the house.

They didn't replace any of the flashing around the chimmey which leaks into my garage. When it rains, the rain water runs off the roof (on all four side) onto the ground below(seems my gutters are too short in length (2"-6") to catch all of the run-off. This has caused two of my basement walls to bow-inward and break at a cost of $8,000.00 to fix. Every time it rains now, my basement floods. The concrete sidewalks, patio, steps & driveway on 3 sides of my house has settled back towards the foundation anywhere from 2"-6" my patio has heaved-up and broke in half,(a 4" crack) across the middle. At a cost $10,000.00 to repair or replace.

Within the first year after I hired this company, the shingles on parts of the roof (some places three- four shingles) would blow off every couple months (they brought out a bundle of singles and left them for me to repair it myself). I was just wondering if this was a one time thing or has it happened to anybody else?
