Neil Huffman Acura Six months after my car accident I was finally told that it would be a total loss. They took so long with the process. Louisville Kentucky

 On November 22, 2014 I took my vehicle to Neil Huffman after being in a car accident. Several days later they contacted me to tell me everything that was wrong with it. Was told that they had to order parts. Didn't hear anything for almost a month. A month later I called Neil Huffman and was told that everything had been ordered and that was waiting for the parts to come in. Weeks later I was told that the wrong parts were ordered. They had to send those parts back and reorder the correct ones. Several weeks later was told that there was more damage done to my vehicle than first reported. Also was told that there was a dispute between my insurance which is State Farm & Neil Huffman on pricing. Neil Huffman gave State Farm one estimate but State Farm told them that the price was too high and that they would have to lower it. Neil Huffman worked on my car but State Farm had to send Neil Huffman a check since they started fixing the vehicle. On May 21, 2015 I finally received a call from State Farm saying that if the total cost of vehicle repairs is 75% over the NADA it's a total loss. Mines was over by $100.00. Neil Huffman then called me to tell me also. Neil Huffman was negligent in doing everything in a timely manner. Six months of hell even though they did give me rentals for free during this whole process. Why did it take 6 months for all of this is my question.
