Neil Juhn CEO of E&M Management Neil Juhn leases commercial property and also sells it, he gets people to sign leases, and then he never forfills his obligation in the lease, he is a cheap, avoid leasing from him at all costs. Winfield Illinois

I leased a property from him, he had promised to do the electrical like the least said throughout the property, was supposed to make sure the property had working Air condition, and was supposed to build the walls for the bathroom, after the lease was signed, he laughed in my face and said do it yourself or get a lawyer, a complete nightmare opening a restaurant in the middle of summer with no air condition + $17,000 above your budget because the landlord, whatever you do do not leased property from this company he will lure you in with a low monthly rent, then renege and all of his obligations until we have to litigate.

This guy used us to fix up his place and honored nothing in the lease, this guy is a huge scanner, avoid at all cost, he was acting like he was gonna honor lease and was waiting to have us kicked out, he is very bad man

After communicating, we were able to figure the situation out, so the original report is no longer good, the landlord stepped in and tries to help us out, everything is under control, have a great day
