i bought a 1972 chevy nova from eric (the owner ) after three days of ownig the car i bring the car back to eric for a trade for a benz he takes the nova for a ride knowing that i park that nova three block from the dealership and never even driving the car we just parked there cauze he had no room on his lot i never even sing the tittle or anythink , while he tests drive it he dropes the transmision blows the motor kills the car and the oil pressure drops he tell s me i broke the car but in fact he blows the motor with me in the car looks at me smiles tells me its worth nothing to him now less gives me 3500 dollars for it after i pay him 8000 for the car guy is a rip off dont buy ur car from nelson auto

We take all customer complaints seriously and do everything we possibly can to make customers happy. Please check us out on Yelp, Google maps, or the BBB website and you will see what our standard business practices are.
This specific review is not factual. The customer owned the car for way more than 3 days (more like 3 months) and then brought the car back to trade in. Yes, it was worth less at that point. Yes, there was something wrong with it at that point (the customer had been using a 72 Nova built for drag racing as a daily driver). No, I did not blow the motor. It had a problem, and yes the car was worth less. (Note that the customer was not forced to sell the car to us, and we gave him way more than he is claiming we offered). We fixed the car after buying the car back and sold it to another customer that was very happy with the car.
This specific customer in the end calmed down and later even came back to look at buying a different car from us. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and in the end even this customer was satisfied.
