This organization, registered on the Web by Steve Rappela, also showing names such as Barbie Diamond, play upon the psychic superstitions of people, claiming that they were specially chosen for their amazing abilities and strength within the psychic realms. They then send a free 56 page pamphlet with stories and promises of love, wealth and influence, and give the recipient one week to send a substantial amount of money to receive "Installment Two and Final", which is a 777 page book, with more promises of the same fantastic benefits.

The amount is $150 US or $159 CDN or several other amounts in different countries currencies. There have been several complaints on several spam sites about this company also not fullfilling their money back warranty on any and all installments of their program. So, my take is that they got your money, and you will either never hear from them again, or they will have another book for a bit more money. No book costs the amount of money they want, so the profit margin is very high. They probably cannot be legally brought to order due to the fact that they do provide a product for the money, however, even curiosity is not enough for me to give them money. Others should be aware of them. In addition, I noticed in "Category of Report" that there was a title "Canadian cross border scams to Americans", there was not an "American scams to Worldwide", which should be an additional category, as this scammer has been doing this from Nevada for at least two years, and there are other reports.
