SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Became a member of Net Detective. However, after I log in on the screen, I'm taken back to the log in screen over and over and over. Therfore, I cannot access their website with the username and password they gave me.

No access means I can't receive any support. Anybody else encounter this problem?
