Net Magazines two subscriptions still not here 4 months later Seattle Washington

I ordered 2 monthly subscriptions 4 months ago. One was for a child's subscription, for a young child, who was eagerly awaiting her subscription! Neither subscription ever came. There is no phone number on the website to complain, and they don't want you to complain until after 3 months have gone by.

I waited 3 months, and did their online complaint, and they emailed back they are apparently busy and backlogged and it will be another 6 weeks until the subscriptions come in. It has been 4 months now so maybe in a week or two they will come in, but I am not holding my breath.

My husband ordered a subscription at the same time I ordered these, but from another company and has gotten 4 or 5 monthly issues already, so there is no reason for magazines to take this long to begin a subscription obviously.


Please do not order from this company if you want to see your money or your magazines! I also don't see how they sleep at night doing this to young children. My daughter has been asking about her magazine for months now and it is really sad. I also haven't reordered because I kept thinking it might come in and I would have two magazines coming in. I really am at the point now, I would appreciate them saying, Hey we took your money and the Nick Jr. is never coming so I could reorder it (from another company of course!) for the poor thing!
