I purchased an annual subscription program by NetNetHunter for $499.99.

It was such a rip off.  NetNetHunter was a total joke. Evan promises "Hand-Picked Stocks With Explosive Potential" and I was dumb enough to believe it.  The entire program is about him trying to get rich off of me.

I invested a lot of money in the penny stock picks he recommeneded & lost most of that.  Most of the companies are not profitable and appear to be frauds.

I would not have written this review had it not been for Evan's No refund policy.  I tried to get a refund but Evan refused stating the following: "Unfortunately, due to the nature of the service, no refunds are given. Once the stock lists are published, the service is considered delivered so monthly refunds are not possible. As well, since yearly members have immediate access to all investment analysis reports, we can't provide refunds once the service is started."

On value investing

AUTHOR: Luis - (Quebec City)

POSTED: Thursday, December 03, 2015

The investment strategy espoused by Net Net Hunter is not swanky or glamorous by any means. Rather, value investing is a much safer and more profitable alternative to blue chip (i.e. Dow Jones) investing. This has been documented extensively in the financial academic literature over several decades. The investor type that will feel most comfortable at Net Net Hunter is someone who wants to take control of their portfolio decisions within a value-investing environment, instead of paying high fees and commissions to mutual fund brokers and managers.

Understandably, this strategy is not for everyone as there are those who feel more comfortable following the herd of network talk show hosts and analysts. This is perfectly natural. However, following trends and media headlines hoping to beat the market is a recipe for disaster, both financially and emotionally.

And so for value investors looking for adequate returns, they will be greatly disappointed to realize there is great risk and a great amount of due diligence required when putting together a portfolio on their own. Here is where Net Net Hunter comes in. The service they offer fills this gap. Is there any proof to this? Sure, it’s in Net Net Hunter’s performance charts. For anyone in doubt of this strategy, have a glance at it here: http://www.netnethunter.com/my-ncav-stocks-returned-38-per-year-heres-how/

False Accusations -- Here's Proof

AUTHOR: Evan Bleker - Net Net Hunter - (Canada)

POSTED: Saturday, November 14, 2015

Hi Joseph,

Of over 100 people who signed up this year, you are one of 3 who has asked for a refund. In fact, most of our members are very happy with the site. You can see a recent assessment of Net Net Hunter by the well respected website Big Fat Purse on video, here:

https://youtu.be/3GDgsYDQHQI

Jae Jun of the highly respected value site Old School Value, Scott Thompson (wealth manager at Ameritrust Group), (((REDACTED))) (managing partner at North Shore Wealth Management), and Remington Collage Finance Professor Mark Langenbacher are all on the record about Net Net Hunter in our testimonials here:

www.netnethunter.com/get-access

Our policy is clearly stated on the membership signup page. Due to the nature of the product, we can't offer refunds. In fact, I explained this to you in my email to you.

"Hi Joseph,

Unfortunately, as stated on our signup page, we don't provide refunds. Due to the nature of the product, after signing up and using the website the service is delivered. This policy is to prevent people from signing up, downloading all the content, and then exiting membership which was a problem before.

What exactly are you having issues with? Maybe I can help?

Thanks,

Evan"

You also did not pay $499.99 for your membership, you decided on a $124.99 monthly membership. You also only used the website for one week, so there's no way you could have "lost most of your money" during that period of time. That's just rediculous and only possible if you bought a single stock that was not recommended.

This style of investing has been recommended by Ben Graham in the Intelligent Investor, and has been well documented. All of the stocks are Micro Cap stocks, and many are not profitable. As the research shows, even unprofitable companies trading below net current asset value provide significant outperformance versus the market over the long term. Again, this is well documented and there are numerous academic articles online talking about this.

Here is my own investing record:

www.netnethunter.com/hunter-fund

As an aside, Joseph, you did receive a full refund for your $124.99 purchase due to an error we made on the signup page you referenced. The page you signed up with still showed the free 9 day trial, so I refunded your payment due to our error. Here is my email reply, and I even attached screenshots of our conversation to this reply.

"Hi Joseph,

Clearly there was a mistake on our part so I have no problem providing you with a refund in this case. I'm sorry about the confusion.

Please look for that refund to come through within the next 6 hours. Let us know if you haven't received it by that time.

Also, thanks for your feedback on the site in your previous email. Do you have any other recommendations for how we can improve our website for other people?"

Again, I attached our correspondance to this reply so that people can accurately assess what happened. I encourage anybody reading this to also read through the attachments. One point of interest is how he claims that "the forum is slow" despite also claiming not to have access to the forum. There would have been no way for him to know if the forum was slow or busy if he never had access...

For anybody reading, net net stocks are always micro cap stocks and always look terrible. That's why they sell at such cheap prices relative to liquidation value. If you only want to buy great large companies then do not try to use Graham's net net stock strategy. Net net investing isn't for everybody, especially those who don't care to learn how to use the strategy. If you are expecting good Buffett-styled growth companies, don't sign up only to get angry that the strategy isn't what you expected.

Thanks,

Evan
