I have wasted time and money the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing. they read from a script. IT SEEMS COMPANY'S ARE TRYING TO SAVE MONEY BY OUTSOURCING THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. witch is understandably.they should have p rota  call in place after 100 call's lol if problem is not solved have someone that has the capability to fix the problem.specialty when it comes to someones money/food/gas/kids/needs/medical needs.

i am very surprised that visa would endorse a company like this one.i would not recommend this card .to any one our gov should put company's like this out of business our gov has restructure our banking credit  system so we can  keep America on track and stand be hind our citizens.with what happen to our economy that wasn't hard working peoples fault.every ones credit has took a hit so some people are force to use pre paid cards. god bless America and our troops  thanks for reading  KEEPING  IT REAL
