Net Spend Never Got Card Austin Internet, Texas

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

We filed taxes through Turbo Tax. Netspend was the only option given as an automatic payment through a reloadable card. On Feb. 6th we received an email saying the card was on its way. We never got it and called to report the card missing. Again we never got it and there is no record of us calling! Next time I will use a different tax service if Net Spend is the only service available. Especially since the employees at Net Spend don't seem to speak or understand English well enough to understand what is wrong or how to fix it. Wake up America! Use US workers!
