Aol continues to keep billing even when told I do not use this service anymore.

Have created spinoff accounts and billed my credit card. Credit card was to be reimbured. Never was. Continued to keep billing when asked to cancel.

Net zero has kept billing when cancelled right away because I could not get it to work.

Have been using SBC for internet service.
