This company used to market  its anti-ripoff image
in the media.  Because of  Net10's customer-centered
message, in February 2011, My family  began
to use a net10 phone and purchase its monthly plans.

For the past six months, every time we made purchase through its sales
line for adding minutes to the net10 phone, I needed to find another
phone to call Net10 customer service again and wait long time for a
response to this problem: the number we used was transferred from
another company; the net10 phone or its computer system could not
process adding minutes to the phone directly, we had to get another
code from customer service to add minutes manually. I wish I
knew this kind of technical issue before transferring my number to
Net10.

After dealing with its customer service for several months, I found that
I was the one that ripoff my own time and trust with such kind of business
practice just because I believed a fantasy that the net10 customer service
people made: we are improving the technical problems.

Net10 has no guarantee to give you hassle free services and solved its own
technical problems in six months. Moreover, a outrageous event happened
last week, a new phone number for my net10 phone was given without my
request . After standing on the line for more than one and a half hour, listening
to  the music and hearing "my supervisor is fixing the problem" more than twenty
times ,no result was provided. I was told that the wrong number was given to me
 for temporary use.

I  still hold up to the fantasy that net10 technical support will find
the ghost in its computer system who mistakenly changed the service I
wanted and imagined that they must work on this issue. After waiting
for several days, a customer service lady told me the truth: My
number was no longer in Net10 system. She transferred my call to
refund department but the man was not willing to understand that I
did not get the right service and refused to precess refund to me. I
called again and begged the technical department lady explain this
issue to its refund department.

I  am not sure if the refund will be done successfully. The most loss is
spending time getting in touch with busy customer service line and
change of phone number.
