I bought an LG phone thru HSN with the service thru Net10. I was able to set up an automatic draft thru my bank using my debit card to pay my bill on a monthly basis. All was well for a couple of months, then all of a sudden they told me that my card had been declined. When I called they tried again and all was good. I bank with one of the largest banks in the country and have had the same debit card number for several years so I wasn't sure why they were having problems. I called my bank and they said that they received these requests regularly and didn't see why there should be a problem. I thought it had been taken care of, but it happened again this month. I found out because all of a sudden my phone would not send a message and when I tried to call someone it said the phone was deactivated. I called Net 10 again and guess what my card was declined again. I asked why no one notified me that it was a problem and why they just deactivated my phone, no excuse other than that was what the program does automatically. I asked why they did not try to keep me as a customer, which apparently didn't matter to the person I spoke to, as she said that it was automatic. I don't understand why a company would just deactivate a phone without trying to keep me as a customer. They were of no help at all. THis company is totally incompetant when dealing with customers. You spend half your life on hold and listening to stupid music. I would advise anyone that is considering Net10 to run as fast as they can in the opposite direction. They are fools. The worst thing is trying to talk to their help line. I'm sure they have contracted out to India or some other country because you can't understand anyone there. I asked for someone else to speak to because I couldn't understand that person and guess what I got another non-english speaking person, so again they don't care about their customers. DO NOT USE NET10 AS YOUR CELL PROVIDER. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
