I was contacted by phone at home as a setected home to win $500 in free vouchers to shop at J.C.Pennys.I was told this was done throug a company named Net4Ever as a promotion to share their internet service. I was only going to be charged one charge of $4.95 for shiping and handling fees. They were also going to throw in a movie and health packet free of charge. Next thing I knew I was connected to some man who is going to verify my information. He asked me for the numbers at the bottom of my check. I Said "why do you need this information, you said I was going to mail you a check after I received my stuff in the mail." He said it was just for verification that the account was good.

I fell for it after repeatedly confirming that only $4.95 would be withdrawn. The man confirmed ever time. Three days later I check my account and there was two charges of $4.95 and one charge of $119.90 taken from my account. I viewed each check and they all had different names on each check but the billing address was the same except for the suite numbers. I immeadiatly called the number on the check to demand my money. The women who I talked to had a strong east indian accent and thought it was funny to taunt me. I told her they took out more money than they were authorized and she argued that Net4Ever only carged once. I told her I'm sure only one says Net4Ever but the others were from some other companys that they made up.

She directed my to look up the charges and tell her what they said I read off the names "Health Network USA" and "Mega Movie Club". She laughed and said "see I told you net4ever didnt charge more than once." I was furiou and told her "I dont care what the names on the checks are all I know is all the charges came from the man on the phone 3 days eaelier."I hung up and called my bank. They said dont worry they would investigate it and return my money. For 3 days my account was over drawn and I had no money on top of what they took out my bank had charged $134.00 & $36.00 for NSF fees. Today 8/14/05 I checked my account and my bank has replaced all the fees and is still investigating. I was lucky this time. After I got my money back I decided to see if anyone else had reported them and as I saw one did and they werent as lucy. So be careful people dont let them get you.
