NetCash123. I applied for a personal loan on 7/30/2013 and was sent an email stating "congratulations, you've been approved. The money is GUARANTEED in your account on 7/31/2013." As I have used loan websites before, I usually expect a phone call following these types of emails. I waited and waited, then decided to call the Customer Service number. The lady stated because I live in Maryland, I may not get the loan, but the call was disconnected. In attempt to call back, I was placed on hold until 9:00pm, and only heard the voicemail option. I decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt, and checked my bank account throughout the day. I decided to call around 8:30 pm on 7/31/2013 to find out more information on why on Earth a loan can be accepted through all other states BUT maryland. I spoke with Najabal, who informed me that the email I recieved cannot be correct, and I must be mistaken. I continued to read her, word for word, what the email stated and how it said the exact words: YOU ARE GUARANTEED. No ifs, ands, or buts. No small pront. Najabal seemed irritated, so I politely asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for a few minutes, then connected to an "Account Manager" (male of the middle eastern decent. I could not understand his name.) My experience with him on the phone was not only UNPLEASANT, but completely left me flabbergasted that someone in his position in your company is allowed to speak with the general public in the tone and condecending manor in which he spoke with me. I calmy asked him to please explain why I recieved this email, yet was not explained that Netcash123 does not do loans in Maryland. I asked him, in all seriousness, why in Earth would "Maryland" even be an option, when loans are not offered in Maryland? His exact words were "we actually changed that option last night after you finished the loan. MD is no longer an option." This left me not only disgusted, but appalled, that I was being lied to by someone who is supposed to be a professional. I proceeded to tell him that is not true, as I was on the website today and MD is still an option. He spoke in circles for a few minutes, and I began to get upset and asked to speak with someone else, as I did not appreciate being lied to. He said : "do you really think with that attitude we are going to deposit your money? We are never going to give you a loan!" And hung up.
